Whilst we understand, that for any customer the ability to return a product should it not meet expectations is an essential part of online shopping, our aim with this policy is to also ensure that we keep the amount of parcels flying across the planet to a minimum.

We will happily take back any product, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with it, as long as you initiate the return process with us WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
ANY RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL, RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.
After you have initiated the return through the support widget, and we have received the product in its original condition and packaging, depending on your preference, we will either issue you a refund or facilitate an exchange.
WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY GOODS THAT APPEAR TO BE WORN, WASHED OR ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.
You are responsible for returning the goods back to EIGHTMADE and the costs incurred in the return.
Should you wish to make an exchange, we will happily ship your exchange at no additional cost to you.

Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will only be able to refund the costs of goods once they have been received by us. Delivery costs incurred in shipping the product to you and for you to return the goods to us are borne by you.
